How does the contactless pickup and delivery process work?

We offer convenient online scheduling for contactless pickup and delivery of your laundry. Simply choose your preferred date and time window for pickup, and specify where you would like us to retrieve your laundry. There’s no need for you to be home during the pickup or delivery. We will carefully wash, fold or hang, and return your laundry as early as the next day, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

What types of items can you launder?

We can launder a wide range of items, including clothes, bedding, towels, and more. If you have any questions about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to ask.

How do I pay for the service?
We accept various forms of online payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank payment. When scheduling a pickup, you will be asked to provide a minimum service amount to secure the booking. Once we have verified the weight of your items, we will then send you an invoice for the remaining balance prior to delivery. Can you remove stains from my clothes?

While we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed, our team uses high-quality cleaning products and techniques to help lift and remove stains whenever possible. If a stain is not removable, we’ll do our best to let you know before proceeding with the wash.
